“煙圈”譯為smoke ring，smoke單獨用時通常統(tǒng)指“煙”，不指“一縷煙”。“一縷煙”應該說成a cloud of smoke，不能說a smoke，因為a smoke指“一次吸煙”或“用來驅(qū)蟲的一次熏煙”。如：
