據(jù)國家航天局消息，11月21日，國家遙感數(shù)據(jù)與應(yīng)用服務(wù)平臺發(fā)布暨國家航天局衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù)與應(yīng)用國際合作中心揭牌儀式在海南海口舉辦。國家遙感數(shù)據(jù)與應(yīng)用服務(wù)平臺正式開通，旨在構(gòu)建國家級、綜合性遙感資源共享與應(yīng)用服務(wù)體系，進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)遙感衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù)資源共建共用共享，帶動我國遙感綜合應(yīng)用能力邁上新臺階。

The China National Space Administration (CNSA) on Monday launched a national platform for remote sensing data and application services in Haikou, capital city of the southern island province of Hainan. Also on Monday, the CNSA held an opening ceremony for its international satellite data and application cooperation center in Haikou. China has launched the platform to build a national and comprehensive remote sensing resource sharing and application services system. And the platform will promote the contribution and sharing of resources further.

當(dāng)前，我國天地一體化的空間基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)取得重大進(jìn)展，構(gòu)建了以衛(wèi)星通信、衛(wèi)星遙感、衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航為主體的天地一體化國家空間基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施體系。我國已實現(xiàn)從地球靜止軌道到低軌衛(wèi)星群、從可見光到紅外、從多光譜到高光譜、從光學(xué)遙感到雷達(dá)遙感的對地觀測能力，構(gòu)建了我國高分辨率對地觀測系統(tǒng)骨干網(wǎng)，帶動了陸地資源環(huán)境、海洋監(jiān)視監(jiān)測、天氣和氣候觀測等一批星座的立項建設(shè)，推動構(gòu)建起以衛(wèi)星通信、衛(wèi)星遙感、衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航為主體的天地一體化國家空間基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施體系。

黨的十八大以來，我國遙感衛(wèi)星發(fā)展迅速，特別是隨著高分專項的實施，構(gòu)建起穩(wěn)定運行的高分衛(wèi)星遙感系統(tǒng)。與此同時，遙感衛(wèi)星應(yīng)用仍存在效益不高、數(shù)據(jù)共享難、應(yīng)用服務(wù)散等問題。為推動我國遙感數(shù)據(jù)共建共用共享，國家航天局此次會同有關(guān)部門，組織國家航天局對地觀測與數(shù)據(jù)中心、中國資源衛(wèi)星應(yīng)用中心、國家衛(wèi)星氣象中心等7家共建單位通力合作，聯(lián)合建設(shè)國家遙感數(shù)據(jù)與應(yīng)用服務(wù)平臺。該平臺聚合了高分衛(wèi)星、民用航天科研衛(wèi)星、國際合作衛(wèi)星、氣象衛(wèi)星、海洋衛(wèi)星等30多顆衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù)資源，實現(xiàn)近10年全國覆蓋信息產(chǎn)品、萬余項研究成果的動態(tài)集成共享。其中，平臺國際版具備全球共享服務(wù)能力。
