為了在新冠肺炎疫情防控期間降低地鐵客流密度，3月6日起北京將在天通苑站和沙河站試點(diǎn)預(yù)約進(jìn)站。北京地鐵表示，預(yù)約制度旨在縮短乘客等待時(shí)間，提升出行體驗(yàn)。
Tiantongyuan and Shahe subway stations in Beijing will begin piloting a reservation system on Friday to avoid the congregation of passengers amid the coronavirus outbreak. The reservation system is aimed at reducing the wait time for passengers and providing them with a better riding experience, according to Beijing Subway.

據(jù)北京地鐵介紹，隨著北京市各單位逐步復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)，客流潛在增長(zhǎng)壓力巨大。5號(hào)線天通苑站、昌平線沙河站等大客流車站，工作日早高峰期間經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)乘客在短時(shí)間內(nèi)密集到達(dá)的情況。據(jù)介紹，本次試點(diǎn)依托北京交通發(fā)展研究院的大數(shù)據(jù)仿真模型，按照地鐵運(yùn)營(yíng)能力和車廂滿載率的控制要求，通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算，對(duì)早高峰進(jìn)站客流量進(jìn)行分配。工作日6:30至9：30早高峰時(shí)段，乘客可通過(guò)智能手機(jī)預(yù)約天通苑站和沙河站的進(jìn)站時(shí)段（10分鐘）。預(yù)約成功后，乘客可在預(yù)約時(shí)段及前后10分鐘（30分鐘的窗口期）內(nèi)掃二維碼從預(yù)約通道快速進(jìn)站。
