Recruitment for Office Manager/Leader
  We are looking for an office manager or an admin team leader with at least seven years of admin & office management experience. The job description includes managing administration, general affairs, purchasing, payment and leading a team of one or two employees. We want to find a teammate with integrity, passion and a positive personality. The candidate should be able to work independently and have problem-solving capabilities and good English skills.   This main job description is covering,
  1. Monitoring, supervising and doing the final checks regarding office interior and renovation projects. This includes finding and dealing with interior designers, venders, proposals, contracts, and execution.
  2. Reviewing, processing and signing off on leases, interior designs, construction and engineering agreements, as well as car parking agreements.
  3. Negotiating conditions of leases, hotel room prices for business trips and initiating necessary arrangements.
  4. Sourcing gifts for two main festivals for external clients and partners and doing purchasing and payment processing for these gifts.
  5. Reviewing admin and general affairs expenses.
  6. Arranging colleagues’ seating patterns.
  7. Managing and coaching subordinates daily work.
  8. Doing asset management regularly and auditing annually
  9. Initiating admin and general affairs procedures.
  10. Holding or supporting employee activities
