Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, on Wednesday chaired a leadership meeting to make new arrangements on implementing regular epidemic prevention and control measures and fully advancing work resumption. The meeting of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee analyzed the COVID-19 situation and economic performance at home and abroad.

習(xí)近平指出，我國(guó)防范疫情輸入壓力不斷加大，復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展面臨新的困難和挑戰(zhàn)。
Noting that China is under rising pressure of guarding against imported COVID-19 cases, Xi said new difficulties and challenges have emerged for China's work resumption and economic and social development.

疫情防控常態(tài)化，就是要根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外疫情新形勢(shì)，及時(shí)完善疫情防控策略和應(yīng)對(duì)舉措，把重點(diǎn)放在外防輸入、內(nèi)防反彈上來(lái)，保持我國(guó)疫情防控形勢(shì)持續(xù)向好態(tài)勢(shì)。內(nèi)防反彈，要建立健全及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)、快速處置、精準(zhǔn)管控、有效救治的常態(tài)化防控機(jī)制，嚴(yán)格落實(shí)早發(fā)現(xiàn)、早報(bào)告、早隔離、早治療要求。外防輸入，要加強(qiáng)口岸衛(wèi)生檢疫，優(yōu)化入境流程，落實(shí)入境人員集中隔離要求，快速精準(zhǔn)識(shí)別和管控風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)，筑牢嚴(yán)密防線。在確保疫情防控到位的前提下，加快恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)生活秩序，做好經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展各項(xiàng)工作。
