近日，中共中央政治局就深化中華文明探源工程進(jìn)行第三十九次集體學(xué)習(xí)。中共中央總書記習(xí)近平在主持學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)，中華文明源遠(yuǎn)流長、博大精深，是中華民族獨(dú)特的精神標(biāo)識，是當(dāng)代中國文化的根基，是維系全世界華人的精神紐帶，也是中國文化創(chuàng)新的寶藏。
On May 27, Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, presided over the 39th group study session of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee to further a national research project on tracing the origins of Chinese civilization. 文明起源與國家產(chǎn)生，是人類歷史上最重大事件之一。隨著最新的自然科學(xué)技術(shù)不斷被被引入，我國逐漸形成了以考古調(diào)查發(fā)掘?yàn)橹饕侄?，以現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)為支撐，多學(xué)科交叉揭示中華文明起源研究的共識。在這個(gè)大背景下，2001年，“中華文明起源與早期發(fā)展綜合研究”項(xiàng)目被正式提出，簡稱為“中華文明探源工程”?！疤皆垂こ獭笔且钥脊耪{(diào)查發(fā)掘?yàn)楂@取相關(guān)資料的主要手段，以現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)為支撐，采取多學(xué)科交叉研究的方式，揭示中華民族五千年文明起源與早期發(fā)展的重大科研項(xiàng)目。

經(jīng)過幾代學(xué)者接續(xù)努力，中華文明探源工程等重大工程的研究成果，實(shí)證了我國百萬年的人類史、一萬年的文化史、五千多年的文明史。中華文明探源工程成績顯著，但仍然任重而道遠(yuǎn)，必須繼續(xù)推進(jìn)、不斷深化。要把中華文明起源研究同中華文明特質(zhì)和形態(tài)等重大問題研究緊密結(jié)合起來，深入研究闡釋中華文明起源所昭示的中華民族共同體發(fā)展路向和中華民族多元一體演進(jìn)格局，研究闡釋中華文明講仁愛、重民本、守誠信、崇正義、尚和合、求大同的精神特質(zhì)和發(fā)展形態(tài)，闡明中國道路的深厚文化底蘊(yùn)。

中華文明探源工程對中華文明的起源、形成、發(fā)展的歷史脈絡(luò)，對中華文明多元一體格局的形成和發(fā)展過程，對中華文明的特點(diǎn)及其形成原因等，都有了較為清晰的認(rèn)識。
