Chinese authorities Monday stressed precise and differentiated strategies in the prevention and control of the novel coronavirus epidemic. Measures should be taken based on different conditions in each region to combat the epidemic, according to a meeting of the leading group of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee on the prevention and control of the novel coronavirus outbreak.

2月17日，國務(wù)院聯(lián)防聯(lián)控機(jī)制印發(fā)《關(guān)于科學(xué)防治精準(zhǔn)施策分區(qū)分級做好新冠肺炎疫情防控工作的指導(dǎo)意見》?！兑庖姟芬?，各地要制定差異化的縣域防控和恢復(fù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會秩序的措施。要以縣（市、區(qū)、旗）為單位，依據(jù)人口、發(fā)病情況綜合研判，科學(xué)劃分疫情風(fēng)險等級，明確分級分類的防控策略。要劃小管控單元，轄區(qū)內(nèi)的城鄉(xiāng)社區(qū)、機(jī)關(guān)、企事業(yè)單位、社會組織和個人均應(yīng)按要求落實(shí)相關(guān)防控措施。低風(fēng)險地區(qū)，要實(shí)施“外防輸入”策略，全面恢復(fù)正常生產(chǎn)生活秩序。中風(fēng)險地區(qū)，要實(shí)施“外防輸入、內(nèi)防擴(kuò)散”策略，盡快有序恢復(fù)正常生產(chǎn)生活秩序。高風(fēng)險地區(qū)，要實(shí)施“內(nèi)防擴(kuò)散、外防輸出、嚴(yán)格管控”策略，根據(jù)疫情態(tài)勢逐步恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)生活秩序。湖北省和武漢市要繼續(xù)采取最嚴(yán)格的防控措施，堅(jiān)決防止疫情擴(kuò)散。北京市要繼續(xù)做好防控工作，確保首都安全。

【重要講話】
落實(shí)分區(qū)分級精準(zhǔn)復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)。低風(fēng)險地區(qū)要盡快將防控策略調(diào)整到外防輸入上來，全面恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)生活秩序，中風(fēng)險地區(qū)要依據(jù)防控形勢有序復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)，高風(fēng)險地區(qū)要繼續(xù)集中精力抓好疫情防控工作。
Each region should adopt a precise approach when advancing resumption of work and production based on local health risks. Regions with relatively low risks should reorient their disease prevention and control strategies as soon as possible to focus on forestalling imported cases and comprehensively restoring order to production and life. Medium-risk regions should promote work and production resumption in an orderly manner based on local epidemic-control situations, while high-risk regions should continue to be fully committed to doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control.
