國家主席習(xí)近平12月12日在氣候雄心峰會上通過視頻發(fā)表重要講話。他提出，堅(jiān)持綠色復(fù)蘇的氣候治理新思路，并宣布2030年前中國應(yīng)對全球氣候挑戰(zhàn)的進(jìn)一步承諾。習(xí)近平表示，到2030年，中國單位國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值二氧化碳排放將比2005年下降65%以上，非化石能源占一次能源消費(fèi)比重將達(dá)到25%左右。
President Xi Jinping urged the international community to pursue a new approach to climate governance that highlights green recovery and pledged China's further commitments for 2030 to tackling the global climate challenge at the virtual Climate Ambition Summit on Dec 12. Xi said that by 2030 China will lower its carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP by over 65 percent from the 2005 level and increase the share of nonfossil fuels in primary energy consumption to around 25 percent.

今年9月，習(xí)近平主席宣布中國將提高國家自主貢獻(xiàn)力度，采取更加有力的政策和措施，力爭2030年前二氧化碳排放達(dá)到峰值，努力爭取2060年前實(shí)現(xiàn)碳中和。這是中國推動(dòng)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展、加快綠色轉(zhuǎn)型的自覺行動(dòng)，也是推動(dòng)全球氣候治理的責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)。中國不斷以實(shí)際行動(dòng)向世界表明，中國始終是全球環(huán)境治理的積極參與者與貢獻(xiàn)者，應(yīng)對氣候變化，中國知行合一、說到做到。

【重要講話】

提振雄心，形成各盡所能的氣候治理新體系。各國應(yīng)該遵循共同但有區(qū)別的責(zé)任原則，根據(jù)國情和能力，最大程度強(qiáng)化行動(dòng)。同時(shí)，發(fā)達(dá)國家要切實(shí)加大向發(fā)展中國家提供資金、技術(shù)、能力建設(shè)支持。
We need to raise ambitions and foster a new architecture of climate governance where every party does its part. Following the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities, all countries need to maximize actions in light of their respective national circumstances and capabilities. Developed countries need to scale up support for developing countries in financing, technology and capacity building.
