隨著疫情持續(xù)緩解，湖北省將加快復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)，在落實(shí)分區(qū)分級差異化策略的前提下，對應(yīng)不同優(yōu)先等級，將復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)的企業(yè)劃分為四類。

The province will adopt risk and region-specific restoration measures in its efforts to resume work and production, and enterprises have been classified into four categories in terms of priorities given in work resumption.

3月18日召開的湖北省新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情防控工作指揮部新聞發(fā)布會(huì)指出，湖北分區(qū)、分級、分類、分時(shí)推進(jìn)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)和復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)，高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)第一類企業(yè)可繼續(xù)生產(chǎn)和復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)，中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)第一、二、三類企業(yè)可繼續(xù)生產(chǎn)和復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)，低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)第一、二、三、四類企業(yè)可繼續(xù)生產(chǎn)和復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)。相關(guān)企業(yè)復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)須經(jīng)縣市審批通過，并切實(shí)履行防疫主體責(zé)任。

其中，第一類企業(yè)是指跟生產(chǎn)生活密切相關(guān)的、春節(jié)以來一直沒有停工的、維持經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)運(yùn)行必不可少的企業(yè)，以及對全國、全球產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈有重大影響的企業(yè)。第二類企業(yè)是指金融保險(xiǎn)、港口和貨運(yùn)站場、重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈配套企業(yè)，以及承擔(dān)國家、省、市重大工程和重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目的企業(yè)。第三類企業(yè)是指用工和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈配套以本地為主的工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化企業(yè)，以室外作業(yè)為主的建筑業(yè)企業(yè)，法律會(huì)計(jì)、軟件信息服務(wù)等相關(guān)服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)。第四類企業(yè)是指除限制清單以外的其他市場主體。武漢市第一類企業(yè)可繼續(xù)生產(chǎn)和復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)，第二、三、四類企業(yè)按照不早于3月20日24時(shí)前復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)。中低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)要分階段有序?qū)嵤?，有序有效管理?/span>

【重要講話】
落實(shí)分區(qū)分級精準(zhǔn)復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)。低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)要盡快將防控策略調(diào)整到外防輸入上來，全面恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)生活秩序。中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)要依據(jù)防控形勢有序復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)，高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)要繼續(xù)集中精力抓好疫情防控工作。
Each region should adopt a precise approach when advancing resumption of work and production based on local health risks. Regions with relatively low risks should reorient their disease prevention and control strategies as soon as possible to focus on forestalling imported cases and comprehensively restoring the order of production and life. Medium-risk regions should promote work and production resumption in an orderly manner based on local epidemic-control situations, while high-risk regions should continue to be fully committed to doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control.
